HumanEngagement er dataansvarlig for behandlingen af de personoplysninger, vi modtager om dig.

Typer af personoplysninger, vi behandler

Vi behandler kun almindelige personoplysninger, herunder:

I forbindelse med brugen af EQ-Insight selvevalueringsværktøjet og TILPAS analysen indsamles desuden de svar, du afgiver i selvevalueringen. Disse oplysninger bliver anonymiseret straks efter, at din personlige EQ-Insight rapport er udarbejdet og sendt til dig.
Efter anonymisering kan de ikke længere henføres til dig som person.

Formål med behandlingen

Vi behandler dine personoplysninger til følgende formål:

Rådgivning og levering af aftalte ydelser (fx coaching, kurser, workshops)
Ordrebekræftelse, fakturering og reklamationsbehandling
Kontakt i forbindelse med feedback på EQ-Insight værktøjet og TILPAS analysen, hvis du har deltaget i en selvevaluering
Udarbejdelse af anonymiseret statistik og analyse til videre udvikling af EQ-Insight.
(Efter anonymisering er data ikke personhenførbare.)
TILPAS analyse data slettes data efter maksimalt i 30 dage, med mindre andet specifikt er aftalt (fx længerevarende forløb, hvor der er behov for opfølgning over tid).

Retsgrundlag for behandlingen

Behandlingen sker på baggrund af:

Artikel 6, stk. 1, litra b (opfyldelse af kontrakt) – fx når vi leverer ydelser, som du har bestilt.
Artikel 6, stk. 1, litra c (retlig forpligtelse) – fx bogførings- og regnskabskrav.
Artikel 6, stk. 1, litra a (samtykke) – når du frivilligt deltager i EQ-Insight selvevalueringen.
Artikel 6, stk. 1, litra f (legitim interesse) – til at udvikle og forbedre EQ-Insight baseret på anonymiserede data.

Samtykke kan til enhver tid trækkes tilbage ved at kontakte os på ovenstående e-mailadresse. Tilbagetrækning påvirker ikke lovligheden af den behandling, der allerede er sket.

Modtagere af personoplysninger

Vi videregiver kun personoplysninger, når det er nødvendigt for at levere en vare eller ydelse, f.eks. til samarbejdspartnere eller it-leverandører, som behandler data på vores vegne.
Vi sikrer gennem databehandleraftaler, at disse parter ikke opbevarer dine oplysninger længere end nødvendigt og behandler dem i overensstemmelse med GDPR.
Oplysninger kan endvidere videregives til offentlige myndigheder, hvor lovgivningen kræver det.

Opbevaring og sletning

Almindelige kontakt- og kundedata opbevares i op til 1 år efter sidste aktivitet, medmindre længere opbevaring er påkrævet af lovgivning (fx regnskabslovgivning).
Data fra EQ-Insight selvevaluering anonymiseres straks efter rapporten er sendt til dig. Efter anonymisering kan oplysningerne ikke længere henføres til dig, og de indgår alene i statistiske analyser.
TILPAS analyse data slettes data efter maksimalt i 30 dage, med mindre andet specifikt er aftalt (fx længerevarende forløb, hvor der er behov for opfølgning over tid).

Dine rettigheder

Du har efter databeskyttelsesforordningen bl.a. ret til:

Indsigt i, hvilke personoplysninger vi behandler om dig
Berigtigelse af urigtige eller ufuldstændige oplysninger
Sletning af personoplysninger, når de ikke længere er nødvendige for formålet
Begrænsning af behandling i særlige tilfælde
Indsigelse mod behandling, der sker på baggrund af legitim interesse
Dataportabilitet for oplysninger, du selv har givet os på baggrund af samtykke eller kontrakt

HumanEngagement is the data controller for the processing of the personal data we receive about you.

Categories of personal data we process

We only process ordinary (non-sensitive) personal data, including:

Name
Job title
Telephone number
E-mail address

In connection with the use of the EQ-Insight self-assessment tool and the TILPAS analysis, we also collect the responses you provide in the self-assessment. These data are anonymised immediately after your personal EQ-Insight report has been prepared and sent to you.
After anonymisation, the data can no longer be linked to you as an individual.

Purposes of the processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Advisory services and delivery of agreed services (e.g. coaching, courses, workshops)
Order confirmation, invoicing and handling of complaints
Contact in connection with feedback on the EQ-Insight tool and the TILPAS analysis, if you have participated in a self-assessment
Preparation of anonymised statistics and analyses for the further development of EQ-Insight
(After anonymisation, the data are no longer identifiable as personal data.)

Data from the TILPAS analysis are deleted no later than 30 days after completion of the analysis, unless a different retention period has been specifically agreed (for example in connection with longer-term programmes where follow-up over time is required).

Legal basis for the processing

The processing is based on:

Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract) – for example when we deliver services you have ordered.
Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation) – for example in relation to bookkeeping and accounting requirements.
Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent) – when you voluntarily participate in the EQ-Insight self-assessment.
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests) – to develop and improve EQ-Insight based on anonymised data.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the e-mail address above. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Recipients of personal data

We only disclose personal data when it is necessary in order to deliver a product or service, e.g. to business partners or IT providers who process data on our behalf.
We ensure, through data processing agreements, that these parties do not store your data longer than necessary and that they process them in accordance with the GDPR.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

Storage and deletion

General contact and customer data are stored for up to 1 year after the last activity, unless a longer storage period is required by law (e.g. accounting legislation).

Data from the EQ-Insight self-assessment are anonymised immediately after the report has been sent to you. After anonymisation, the data can no longer be linked to you, and they are used solely for statistical analyses.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have, among others, the right to:

Obtain access to the personal data we process about you
Have inaccurate or incomplete data rectified
Have your personal data erased when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected
Restrict the processing in special cases
Object to processing based on our legitimate interests
Data portability for data you have provided to us, based on consent or contract

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you believe that our processing of your personal data does not comply with the applicable rules.
